1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Renemultibuy.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Website and the services we offer, including the purchase of physical goods. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on renemultibuy.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use this Website.

2. Definitions

“Website” refers to Renemultibuy.com, its content, and e-commerce services.

“Customer,” “You,” “Your” refers to the user accessing the Website and/or placing an order.

“Goods” or “Products” refer to the items offered for sale on the Website.

“Order” refers to a request by you to purchase Goods from us.

3. Account Registration and Security

To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Maintain and promptly update your account information.

Maintain the confidentiality of your password and are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this service.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. The display of products on the Website is an invitation to treat, not an offer to sell. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the Goods. A contract between us (the “Sales Contract”) is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure all prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

We accept the following payment methods:

Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)

Bank Transfer

Debit/Credit Cards (where available)

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available only for delivery addresses within specific areas of Accra as determined by us. We reserve the right to modify the list of eligible COD areas at any time. If your location is not eligible for COD, you will be required to pay online to complete your order.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Specific Terms

For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery option, the following additional terms apply:

Eligibility: COD is a privilege offered at our discretion and is currently restricted to specific postal codes or suburbs within the Greater Accra Region. The final eligibility is confirmed at the checkout process.

Payment: You agree to pay the full invoice amount in cash to our delivery agent upon receipt of the Goods.

Order Limits: We may impose a minimum or maximum order value for COD transactions.

Failed Delivery: If you or the intended recipient are unavailable to accept delivery and make payment, the order will be cancelled. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the suspension of your COD privileges.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship products to addresses within Ghana. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances, incorrect address details, or recipient unavailability.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

8.1 Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in the same condition you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@renemultibuy.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

8.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an inspection and, if validated, provide a replacement or refund.

8.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via Mobile Money or bank transfer. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Renemultibuy.com or its content suppliers and is protected by Ghanaian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any meta tags or other “hidden text” utilizing our name or trademarks without our express written consent.

10. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website:

For any unlawful purpose.

To submit false or misleading information.

To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

To upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code.

To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, www.renemultibuy.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tema, Ghana.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check our Website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our Website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
