Non-Returnable Items: The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions on where and how to send the item. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and free gifts received with it. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Send to Our Facility: Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. Please note, our inspection and processing facility may be different from our main business address.

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify it meets all eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days from receipt. If the return is approved, we will proceed with your chosen resolution (refund or exchange) as outlined below. Mobile Money/Bank Transfer/Card Payments: Refunded directly to the originating account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via Mobile Money (to the number provided during checkout) or bank transfer. You will be contacted to confirm your preferred refund details.

Deductions: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund amount.

5.2 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of our approval email, please:

  • Check your bank account or mobile money wallet again.
  • Contact your bank or mobile money provider, as there may be a processing delay on their end.

6. Exchange Process

6.1 Approved Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant of the same product, subject to availability.

Process: Follow the standard return process to send back the original item. In your initial email, clearly state you wish for an exchange and specify the desired replacement.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. We will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you within Ghana. Expedited shipping for exchanges is not available.

Price Differences: If the replacement item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference before the new item is shipped. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to you via the original payment method.

6.2 Out-of-Stock Exchanges

If your desired replacement item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer:

A full refund, or

The option to choose a different available item, with any price difference settled accordingly.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, we will cover all associated costs.

Notification: You must notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the defect, damage, or mismatch.

Resolution: We will promptly arrange for a prepaid return label or a courier pickup at our expense. Upon inspection and validation, we will ship a correct, non-defective replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund (including original shipping) will be issued.
